In order to expand the opportunities for the residents to appreciate culture, the District prepares the popular and high level performing arts four times, once each season every year. Quality performances, taking place with various concepts each season, will be impressive to the audience enough to boost the pride of cultural Seongbuk. |
| In spring of 2008, the Buddhist celebration event and mountain temple concert with In soon-i, So Chan-hwi and Haebaragi took place under the joint auspices of the District and Buddhist Saam Association and in summer, mid-summer night concert was performed with Park Sang-min, Kim Hyun-jeong, Maya, Park Hyun-bin, Gil Geon on the stage with the sponsorship of Kookmin University. Also in autumn, Hope concert was performed to encourage examinees for university with Lee Min-woo, Yun Ha and in winter, year-end concert was enjoyable with Sim Soo-bong, Nam Jin, Lee Soo-young, Jeon Jin, Shin Hyo-beom, Jo Kwan-soo. In 2009, concerts, musicals and musical dramas will be arranged with themes becoming to each season. |
